ABOUT TUCHINDA:
Tina Tuchinda a Parsons graduate and stay-at-home mother, grew frustrated over that there wasn’t enough children’s wear that she felt was in line with how she wanted to dress her baby boy. Tina was searching for kids clothing that had the same elevation, sophistication and quality that she found in her own wardrobe; her hobby was found - making Hunter's clothing while he was napping.
Soon Tina was making not only Hunter's wardrobe, but also his playmates clothing and TUCHINDA was born.
Today, TUCHINDA design stands for creative, high quality children's wear, the materials used in the collection are European and Japanese, the collection is made in New York and embodies a mix of Italian sophistication, Parisian chic and Japanese street cool.
A fun fact - TUCHINDA is not only Tina's last name, but also Thai for "a closet of precious stones".
